We start in Chapel of Anticipation[1].

We fight Grafted Scion[2] as the first boss. We fail to defeat it.

Torrent smells us.

Fortune is on our side. The maiden[3] expects one of our kind will seek the Elden Ring[4] even if it violates the Golden Order[5][6].

There are statues[7] of Marika[8].

We exit in Limgrave[10].

We have a conversation[11] with Varre[12].

Castle Stormveil[13] can be seen in the distance.

Met Kale[15], had a conversation[16]. Advised to buy a Crafting Kit[17], which I have done.

I have approached Gatefront Ruins[18].

There were two large carts by the gates. I have found a Flail[19] and Lordsworn's Greatsword[20] within them.

Went back to Kale[15], had another conversation[21] with him.

Found a talking tree[22], had a conversation[23]. He mentioned a cave on the shore[24], where he was pushed out of. #quest

Rested at Grace.
Maiden came.
Traveler from boying the Fog she called me.

Her name is Melina

She gives us an offer for a trade.
There are Finger Maidens, that serve Two Fingers, and they offer guide and aid to the Tarnished.

She says, that because I am maidenless, she is willing to play the role of a maiden, in exchange of getting her to the foot of the Erdtree.

It potentially smells a bit foul, but a fair trade.

As I have accepted her offer, she told me that she could be summoned by the power of Grace (meaning, we have to be at a Grace to get her summoned.)

She gave me a Notes/Spectral Steed Whistle, which is a summon item for Torrent, a spectral steed. Torrent apparently has chosen us.
