First, I found a monument[1].

Found an encampment nearby, died a few times, but found Armorer's Cookbook I[2]. This item mentiones Radahn[3] very early in the game.

#todo:: Connection between roots and catacombs

Found a statue[4] that led me towards Murkwater Catacombs[5].

Within the catacombs[5], I fought enemies that were made out of stone[6]. Based on the Forked Hatchet[7] that they drop, I learned that these enemies are called imps.[6]

At the end of the catacombs[5], I fought against Grave Warden Duelist[8], took 4 tries to defeat them. They dropped ashes[9] of Engvall[10].

Once defeated, looked around, some questions arose[11].

Went to the other side of the river, found Artists Shack[12].
